Chantal Reese, BA Hons, MADR
Chantal has a Masters in Dispute Resolution from the University of Victoria where she wrote a cutting edge thesis on how mediation and other restorative/transformative types of alternative dispute resolution interventions can be used to address workplace bullying and harassment.
Prior to joining Aptus, Chantal worked as a review board officer charged with investigating disputes between patients and the British Columbia Health Authorities. She also worked as a policy analyst in government.
Chantal’s practice is focused almost exclusively on workplace mediation, and investigations.
